Turkey Chili

In a large pot, over medium-high heat, add ground turkey and onion. Saute until turkey is no longer pink.

 

Add garlic, celery and spices, and saute for 10 minutes.

 

Add zucchini, salsa and tomatoes. Cook until chili comes to a boil. Turn heat to low and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Stir in spinach right before serving.
