Zucchini Pizza

Preheat oven to 450°F. In a large bowl mix eggs, flour, salts and Parmesan, then stir in mozzarella and zucchini. Mix until incorporated. On a 12-inch pizza dish, spread zucchini crust into a 10-inch circle. Bake for 13–16 minutes or until golden brown and set. Remove crust from oven and reduce temperature to 400°F. Add your choice of toppings and bake for another 10–13 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
