2. After that, you may submit each portion of the form at your liesure, but ensuring that you are filling out all fields and typing NA in any fields that do not apply.  

3. Remember to click submit after you make any changes or your progress will not be saved.

4. It is best to fill out the form on a desktop computer, but you may do so on a mobile device if needed.
